Fulfillment and Delivery

We prepare accepted orders promptly. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days after order confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

An estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date. Severe weather, carrier interruptions, customs procedures where applicable, remote destinations, or incomplete address information may cause delays.

Shipping Origin and Charges

Orders may be fulfilled through our own or partner facilities according to inventory availability and destination. We do not describe an order as locally dispatched unless that is factually correct for the shipment.

Any applicable delivery charge is displayed before the order is completed. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Tracking and Delivery Issues

Tracking information is supplied when available. Initial tracking activity may take time to appear after dispatch.

If tracking stops updating, a parcel appears lost, or a delivery is marked complete but cannot be located, contact service@cozyverrall.com with the order number. We will review the available records and work with the relevant delivery partner toward a reasonable resolution.
